Nose- lemons, slate, hay, white flowers, melon
Palate- acidity translates to a medium-rich flowery landing spot. The lemon/acidity never gives way to something richer that I wish was there. But it’s not unenjoyable. I just prefer richer than medium-rich.
Finish- you ever suck the middle of those white flowers we called honeysuckles when we were kids? That with a touch of ginger. It’s slightly bitter but it’s nostalgic.
