In the first and only segment of Episode Seven, Host & Executive Producer, Tachic Hickman-Piazza, who is also the Founder & Principal Designer of
Allured By Design®, a home & lifestyle multimedia brand and interior design firm, takes viewers inside of her formal dining space where many of her collected pieces and decorative accents are an homage to her native New Orleans and French, Creole culture & heritage.

Tachic’s formal dining room is without a doubt her most travel inspired space in her home. But it’s also heavily inspired by all of the French influences she grew up being exposed to as a native New Orleanian. So being born and raised in New Orleans and still living there, now on the Northshore side of the city…it’s only natural that Tachic’s home would have some French influence in it.

In addition, her formal dining space is the one room Tachic had a strong desire to make it very clear that she not only Ioves to travel to various places in Europe but that she also loves the elegance of French design and proudly loves all things New Orleans.
