oaxaca is awesome man. id love to go back in the future, god willing. hope youre enjoying it. you should definitely take advantage and try some other moles apart from brown, because the other ones are easier to find in oaxaca than other places in mexico. theres up to seven. mezcal is also very popular in oaxaca they make 85% of the countries supply of it. cheers
