Typically eggs Benedict isn’t on menus cuz the sauce is notoriously hard to hold on lines, the emulsion tends to break because the sauce is held at such a weird temperature, and most restaurants won’t want to have their line cooks making the sauce to order. But it varies!
I am a biscuits and gravy girl, but with real, homemade sausage gravy. Not that pre-made or packaged kind of gravy. Always a side of bacon and hash browns. It is a "put me in a coma" kind of breakfast.

Favorite breakfast is genuinely any omelette with hash browns. It’s just perfect nd can have w.e you want inside.
