This is Cookie Pie in a Tin ๐ชโจ
And yesโฆ this measurement is for 2 tins (same size as shown in the video) because I know it will disappear in a heartbeat sooo ๐๐
Ingredients:
โข 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
โข 1 cup brown sugar
โข ยฝ cup white sugar
โข 2 eggs
โข 1 tsp vanilla essence
โข 2 ยฝ cups all-purpose flour
โข 1 tsp baking soda
โข ยฝ tsp salt
โข 1 cup chocolate chips / chunks
โข Optional: Nutella / Biscoff / caramel filling
Method:
1. Cream butter and both sugars until light & fluffy.
2. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
3. Sift in flour, baking soda & salt.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
Freeze in for 10-15 mins
5. Scoop big portions into lined baking tins (add filling in the center if using).
Bake at 180ยฐC for 30โ35 mins
Crispy outside, gooey inside ๐คค
