I spent a wonderful, laid-back afternoon at the Western District Promenade, relaxing in the swing chairs and soaking up the stunning sea views. Afterwards, I headed to Bistronomique, a charming French bistro that truly feels like a slice of Paris in Hong Kong.
The quality here is easily Michelin standard, yet the prices remain surprisingly reasonable. From the rich, garlicky authentic French escargots to the incredibly succulent lamb rack and perfectly seared fish, every dish was a triumph. If youโre looking for high-end flavours without the eye-watering bill, this is the place to be.
