  1. Don’t forget the lemon juice when you’re soaking them… when McDonald’s first started they cut their fries fresh every night for the next day they cut them and they soaked them in buckets of water with lemon overnight. Then they drained them laid them out on the drying rack and there you go.

  2. As former macdonalds employee (dark time i know) We dont put NEARLY the amount of effort into our fries as shown here. We literally just take premade fries, heat em in the oven, put some salt on, then serve.
