Hi everybody! One of the Great Classics of French Cuisine – Beef Burgundy. Besides, it is very easy to make and I find this is the best cooking recipe. Tell me how You like it!

For 6-8 Portions You Will Need:

1 kg / 2,2 lbs of Beef
0,5 L / 2+ Cups of Dry Red Wine
150 g / 5 oz of Bacon
4 Carrots
3 Onions
250 g / 0,5 lbs of Mushrooms
4-5 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Flour
3-4 Bay Leaves
Some Water
Some Green Herbs Like Parsley, Thyme, Etc.
Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper
