Considered by many to be the most opulent and luxurious ship built up to that date. The beautiful craftsmanship of the builders of Harland and Wolff created a ship that was a floating Edwardian palace. Her First Class Louis XV styled Lounge and her French styled Cafe Parisen not only made her a symbol of style over substance but of an icon of a bygone age that disappeared following the loss of Titanic.
