Welcome back to WINE-O-CLOCK WEDNESDAYS🍷! For the month of June, I’ve decided to launch a special series of PRIDE and LGBTQ+ related videos for PRIDE MONTH! 🏳️🌈✌🏽
In my 6+ years living abroad in France, I’ve had my fair share of European Pride expriences, and I’ve appreciated how diverse and unique each invidual pride is no matter the city nor country! I love how culture plays a huge roll in the organization amongst the celebrations.
In this video I share with you my TOP 5 experiences when participating in a variety of LGBT Prides throughout the European continent (some of these trips were surprisingly unplanned, but rather LUCKY CHANCE!)
Some of these prides were very family oriented, with the whole community and city joining the streets to show support for the Lesbian / Gay / Bi / Trans / Q+ Community, whether or not they considered themselves a member of the minority group, they came to march to show their support for EQUALITY! 🏳️🌈✌🏽
My favorite European cities where I’ve participated in PRIDE festivities are:
Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪 | Family oriented, pride parade in the city center.
Brussels, Belgium 🇧🇪 | Easy to navigate to the various events, good food & beers.
Paris, France 🇫🇷 | Disney Pride at Disneyland Paris, big parties, city center.
Amsterdam, Netherlands 🇳🇱 | Pride boats on the canals of Amsterdam, family oriented, all-day.
Madrid, Spain 🇪🇸 | Free concerts, week long festivities, big parties, great atmosphere, great weather.
