i studied abroad in the city of paris for four months, and was lucky enough to visit geneva, milan, florence, rome, madrid, and amsterdam. while i definitely experienced a severe form of culture shock in the form of paris syndrome, i loved the freedom of traveling through western europe and southern france. i loved the dreamy solo trips, weekend getaways with other americans, and meeting so many different europeans (i celebrated turning 20 while in the italian chianti wine valley)! i’d recommend the experience to anyone who has the chance to visit while studying in university. enjoy some clips of some of my favorite sights while abroad!
