This is Serendipity, newly renovated from top till bottom and ready for rentals.
Serendipity contains 3 floors and 5 bedrooms with each their own bathroom. Each room is unique and had their own style.
Every floor has an outside terrace with a spectaculair view over Cannes. The swimming pool is situated on the middle floor with a terrace and sun chairs. Of course there is a big BBQ for your family dinners.
The kitchen contains everything you need; American kitchen, ceramic cooker, dishwasher, combination microwave oven.
The house also has a washing machine and dryer, every room is equipped with an airconditioning.
