✨French Onion Sausage Potato Casserole✨
1. Sauté 1 smoked sausage link sliced, 1 diced onion and 1 diced bell pepper in a medium to hot pan with a few tablespoons of butter until browned.
2. To a very large bowl mix: 1 pound of frozen shredded hash browns, 1 cup French onion dip, 1 can reduced sodium cream of chicken soup, 8 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese, and your sautéed sausage and peppers.
3. Add that mixture to a 9×13 baking pan. Top with a little more cheddar cheese and sprinkle on French fries onions. However much you’d like!
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
