The World War I cocktail the French 75 and the Oscar winning Movie
French 75
2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Champagne (or Sparkling Wine) I used less then 3oz
Shake gin, lemon juice, and syrup with ice
Strain into a Champagne flute glass
Top with champagne.
