Fresh Milled Flour French Bread | My First Loaf Failed But This One Worked #christianhomemaker

Not every test recipe comes out perfect… but when it finally works, you have to share it.

My first attempt at this fresh milled flour French loaf was a complete fail. So I went back, adjusted a few things, and tried again.

This one turned out beautifully. The recipe will be coming soon to makinmacon.com.

This loaf was made using fresh milled flour from my NutriMill Classic grain mill and mixed in my Bosch mixer, two tools that have made my transition to fresh milled flour so much easier. @NutriMill
