The Batter:
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla sugar (5g / 0.18 oz)
200g sugar (1 cup / 7 oz)
120ml vegetable oil (1/2 cup / 4 fl oz)
180g yogurt (3/4 cup / 6.3 oz)
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
270g flour (2 cups / 9.5 oz)
12g baking powder (1 tbsp)
Honey-Lemon Syrup:
30ml water (2 tbsp / 1 fl oz)
2 tbsp honey (40g / 1.4 oz)
Juice of 1/2 lemon (approx. 30ml / 1 fl oz)
Lemon Glaze:
80g powdered sugar (2/3 cup / 2.8 oz)
Juice of 1/2 lemon (1–2 tbsp)
Flaked almonds for decoration
