So, I pivoted to the kitchen door. I was wearing a suit and a backpack, carrying one gold-embossed resume and a bottle of Shafer Relentless wine. My backup plan? A massive resume tube waiting in the car.
A server walked past me, I followed her in, and there he was, Chef David Breeden.
