When I need a mental health break tune everybody out
I take a break with a self care activity like pedicures,I also❤ to watch Kdramas using English subtitles,that means no loud sounds from the TV it allow me to focus and relax.

My mental health days look like yours. I try to do a pedi once a month and I treat myself to a meal out that’s cooked and I can take home. I am single and on a budget but I still do it. I try to stay within my food budget. Takeout or groceries for a meal but prices on the grocery store often make some precooked purchases cheaper. Keep putting out great videos.
