🇬🇧 This pairing was such a surprise and one I absolutely recommend everyone try. 🍷🍕
I baked the pizza with tomato sauce and a few anchovy fillets, then topped it with sun-dried tomatoes, more anchovies, oregano, burrata and fresh basil. We enjoyed it alongside another of the six bottles received from @crutavel : the Tavel @chateau_manissy, truly outstanding.
Next pairing? Prawns. 🍤
I have to admit, this Tavel à l’Italienne adventure is giving me some truly beautiful emotions and I’m loving every sip of it.
