It looks wonderful. But that first lump of beef? I'm retired on a pension – I'd need a second mortgage to afford that. But I might see if this recipe is affordable with a more modest cut. Though most of the beef available to me – even in a rural area – doesn't impress. Love carrots, and certainly have or can get the rest.
