Hi all! I just moved and got this gorgeous green rug for my studio apartments.
I would like to get a throw blanket for the bed that would add some warm colours but won’t make the space look busier than it is. Do you have any suggestions what kind of a throw I should get?

It’s hard to say by just the one photo, but it looks like your rug would be better suited in a different position. Rugs are helpful in defining and anchoring a space, and right now it’s kind of floating between three separate areas. For the throw, I’d use the rug as inspo. I personally would find one similar to the orange
Agreed about the rug, I would rotate 90° so it goes under the bed a little and under the chair.
I think a deep maroon fleece blanket would feel cozy. They have them on the cheap at TJ Max if you’re in the states.
Choose a minor color from the carpet and use it for a solid color bed cover. Maybe do a pillow or two in the same color on the chair.
