The wine 🍷: Francois Chidaine Touraine Rosé – a Loire Valley rosé (from the Touraine AOC) by a legendary producer, made from Grolleau (local grape) + Pinot Noir + Gamay. INSANE value – only $16 USD and such great quality!!! This one is so perfect for vday! 😘
The cheese 🧀: Aged Saint-Maure-de-Touraine – super creamy, perfectly mouldy, earthy, tangy, nutty goat cheese that happens to be from the same place as the wine!
The plate: little brioche bun slices, cultured salted butter (French-style), strawberry rhubarb jam, Prosciutto, grapes, flaky salt, honey
