Life in France, Dreaming Big!

A day in Montbéliard, France — running errands, visiting a local gourmet store for dinner, and sharing a bit of daily life here. I talk about my new job, the meaning of village fleuri, and the growing pains of starting fresh in France — before picking up my son from school and cooking dinner together. 🇫🇷

  1. I can confirm that your French accent is excellent. I'm not sure that I would have guessed that you are American.
If Italian food is sold here it's because we, French people, love it also.

The Citroen Ami is a fun no license small electric car. (legally called quadricycle)
It's usually driven by teenagers or people having lost their driving license because of DUI or too much infractions…
Did you chose it because you could nor exchange your US license ?

  3. Great video Colin – Nice to meet Carter too.

When we saw the fromage and charcuterie selections, Judy said “we are moving to France” !

  4. Nice tour, and your son is a natural !
It is always nice to see places you live in in other's videos, but I literally saw my friend's car while you drove by their house ! That made me smile 🙂
    OK now I'm also hungry…
