SommXavyer – [Barcino Brut Cava] – Fast Sips, No Scripts!

This is a brief review of the Barcino Brut Cava, a tasty Spanish sparkling wine from Penedes in Spain. Cava is a popular inexpensive alternative to Champagne, and both wines have their own ‘Big Three’ grape varieties. So, let’s open this bottle of bubbles and give it the rundown!
