Join me on a week-long journey testing an Ethiopian medium-dark roast coffee through multiple brewing methods. I’ve been wondering if Ethiopian coffee quality has been declining, or if it’s just the grinder making the difference. Using the Kin Grinder K6, I test this coffee through espresso, V60, French press, Mr. Coffee machine, and percolator brewing, with some surprising results – especially from the percolator!
