Another one of the 50 Best Signature Sessions in partnership with Catch Table and Kaviari, saw the collaboration of chef Jongwon Son of Eatanic Garden, chef Hiroyasu Kawate of Florilège and Chef Tae-jun Eom of Solbam!
Bringing together their diverse culinary backgrounds, from the US to Copenhagen, New York and San Francisco, these chefs united to create a truly unique dining experience. This six-hands collaboration celebrated the first blooms of spring, where French-Japanese cuisine met Korean innovation. Standout dishes included spring vegetables from ‘Gyeongdong’ market, hanwoo beef and abalone and ebi imo taro with black truffles.
