During our last Vegas trip, we decided to visit all 6 Gordon Ramsay restaurants on the Strip – Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Palace, Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips at the Linq Promenade, Gordon Ramsay Burger at Planet Hollywood, Ramsay’s Kitchen at Harrah’s, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars, and Gordon Ramsay Steak at the Paris! The fish and chips was typical British fare so not Americanised as Safiya wondered. The bangers were over battered so a Brit would complain. The rest you would get as shown from a decent fish and chip shop.

You've never had fish and chips ???? Well maybe it's only popular in seaside towns ? I live in British Columbia and we have some good fish and chips places. Ketchup and tar tar sauce and a little vinegar white or brown. In a Canada those prices are good. A 2 piece can cost 20 $ here.
Ooooo that burger place looked awesome. I would order well done burger thanks. But I would get that hotdog one day then come back for a burger.

It's absolutely bonkers to me that you had not had fish and chips until then! Also everyone should be eating well done hamburgers unless they grind their own meat because hamburger meat is the dirtiest meat there is.
Pretty sure the malt vinegar goes on the fries, not the fish. That's how my mom does it, anyway.

chicken tikka masala (pronounced teeka) isn’t meant to be spicy. it’s the default ‘indian’ takeaway for brits who don’t like a lot of spice
FYI Tikka Masala isn’t meant to be spicy. It’s a running British joke that Brits can’t handle spice because Indian restaurants need to tame down their dishes. The Tikka Masala is the embodiment of that.
