We took a few days to visit our Mom up north and return today with a special wine we enjoyed with Mom and an extra special chicken francese with lemon, butter, white wine and a touch of heavy cream passed along from our dear Cousin Cindy who recently departed earth 😢 but left a culinary legacy and lots of love behind- all because of our best friend Chrissy 🍷❤️👍

hey we’re back in the kitchen tonight and we’re going to visit chicken Fran Allah cousin Cindy sadly Cindy passed away recently but she left us with the most incredible recipe all right we got the chicken cotlets chilled white wine little heavy cream lemon lot of chopped parsley the eggs it’s going to go right into the olive oil all right [Music] oh yeah got some fresh baby spinach on the side olive oil and garlic so the lemony buttery chicken frenches pairs perfectly with the chilled white gab Gabi the Gaby wine is full of Personality just like cousin Cindy was butter white want it was great with

We discovered the Gavi wine while visiting in NY this weekend and also discovered it’s best food pairing is Lemon Chicken Francese- and had only one choice but to make Cindy’s recipe- she was so beautiful and sweet and fun and talented and we lost her last year- it was Chrissy who brought Cindy into our lives and our family and we miss her and Honer her cooking legacy
