A new community is opening up and it’s bringing a taste of France to Bonsall!
Tucked away in the rolling hills of Bonsall will be a new luxurious spot to call home. It’s the “Havens Community” created by the minority owners of the Houston Astros, John and Terri Havens.
The new resort-style community is a 50-minute drive from San Diego and it’s about 15 minutes from Vista.
It will have 165 homes divided into four neighborhoods named after wine regions. The homes can have up to four bedrooms, including nine different floor plans.
Across the way, the Havens also own Cal A Vie, one of the top health spas in the country.
“Celebrities like Oprah and Julia Roberts and Tom Ford go there to get away and escape,” said Sara Kilburn who is helping marketing this housing project.
The modern, European inspired neighborhood is surrounded by a beautiful outdoor wedding venue, golf course, and country club, which just underwent a $15 million renovation.
“Which brought over many artifacts from the south of France,” said Kilburn.
Not to mention a winery and inn with seven rooms is being built just steps away.
