J Vineyards in Healdsburg is giving chefs an opportunity to showcase their dishes with some wine.
The experience is a part of the Shifting the Lens program.
Nicole Hitchcock, head winemaker at J Vineyards & Winery, said the program gives a platform for underrepresented voices to craft innovative food and wine pairings that challenge and rethink the typical, Euro-centric pairings.
