This is the first vegan dining event I hosted on June 23 2023, at the Pizzeria THE PIZZA SHOW, in Beijing.
It was organized in collaboration with the Vegan of Beijing and Nemanja, the owner of THE PIZZA SHOW, and his team.
It was a great experience and I hope to host many more!
It was also an excellent opportunity to test my recipes and develop new ones. Always to delight people’s taste buds and to propose alternatives to animal-based products.
