Connections Eatery is the newest restaurant in EPCOT, and the restaurant has A LOT to review! The new restaurant features meals inspired by Italian, French, and Asian cultures. It offers pizzas, burgers, and salads, among other things. One of the more intriguing menu options at Connections Eatery is the curry pizza, which is surprisingly good! There are also a few dessert options like shakes and a liege waffle. Connections Eatery replaced the Electric Umbrella in World Celebration, previously known as Future World. The interior of the restaurant is nothing to scoff at either. It looks bright, vibrant, and modern, especially in comparison to the Electric Umbrella. There are also many nods to Walt Disney and his dreams for EPCOT. The restaurant is also distinctly EPCOT as it showcases different cultures in its large mural and in the different kitchen appliances throughout the restaurant. Overall, this is a welcome addition to EPCOT, and I hope you enjoy the review!
