As the spring sun gradually warms the earth, plants grow, leaves unfurl, and buds bloom. Just as these plants thrive from soil, so do you! Touching the ground with your feet or hands is known as earthing, or grounding, and has been proven to be therapeutic. With so many positive effects on the body, make time to head outside and take off your shoes!

When you walk barefoot on the earth your body picks up free ions from earth’s surface that act as antioxidants in your system.
Earthing (grounding) connects people to the Earth’s natural healing energy. Reduces inflammation, improves mood, pain, and stress; improves blood circulation, sleep, and vitality.
Grounding, sometimes also called ‘Earthing’, is simply being or walking barefoot on the ground. The surface must be natural e.g. soil or grass in the Forest, rather than a pavement or man made walkway.
