2 thick slices brioche bread
1 egg
30ml milk
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter, for frying
2 tbsp biscoff spread, melted in microwave
Lotus biscuits, for topping

Mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Whisk together the egg and milk in a bowl.
Dip the bread into the mix on both sides and fry in butter until golden.
Remove from the pan and coat in cinnamon sugar.
Top with Lotus biscuits and melted Lotus spread.
