서울시, 한식 디저트로 파리지앵과 뉴요커 사로잡았다
The city of Seoul recently held a special food exhibition – ‘Sweet Seoul’ – to promote Korean desserts in Paris and New York.
The pop-up event took place at the Galeries Lafayette department store in Paris from November 15th to the 17th.
‘Sweet Seoul’ then moved to two-star Michelin Korean restaurant Jungsik in New York for a two-day showing from Wednesday, local time.
For dessert exhibition,…five Korean dessert chefs presented their signature dishes on small dining tables called Soban.
