Ingredients
Eggs
Real butter
A keto bread
Powdered stevia
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Sugar free syrup
How to make…This is for 1 serving! Mix 1 egg in a bowl with 1 tsp of the stevia, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon & 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract and mix well then heat up 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a fry pan on a heat a little higher then medium and once it’s hot dip both your breads in the egg mixture and into the hot oil, cook till golden brown then flip and do the same then add to a plate with 1 pad of butter, 1 tsp of the stevia and a 1/4 cup of your sugarfree syrup and enjoy! Makes one serving at 8 net carbs a serving. If you need more double or triple or what ever you need for your family.
