In this video, I present my honest tier list of various cheeses, giving you my thoughts on everything from gorgonzola cheese to parmesan. I’ll be doing a food review for each, discussing taste and best uses. We’ll even talk about mozzarella and other italian cheese varieties, rating them from S to F. Do you agree with my rankings? 1. If aged Parmigiano Reggiano, Mozzarella de buffo and Pecorino weren't S tier, I'd have unsubscribed.

  2. How convenient did she found the Mexican Coke superior? What a surprise.. come to the Philippines we have Coke that’s twice as big as that the one shown

  3. Try for once a Black/Rye bread toast with Fontina, prosciutto crudo and Honey, especially Valle d'Aosta endemic one.

Thats probably the best ever toast you'll ever taste, it is simply wonderful.

Especially with Fontina D'alpeggio, the strongest, longer aged one, that smells like rotten feet but tastes like heaven.

  4. I love that I almost guessed all your rankings before you said, as I completely agree with almost every one for myself, it's funny you created D, E, and F tier so you could put that junk "cheese" so low haha. The only difference for me would be the Mascarpone going in A tier, I cannot keep it in the same spot as the Kings, and maybe Asiago in B. Now only missing Pecorino sardo (I know there are countless variations) and Casu Marzu! 😛

  5. Appenzeller is my favourite cheese of all time. Gorgonzola is my second favourite. Then it is open play field. Mozzarella is a cheat doesn't really count.

Choosing the best food is strictly a matter of personal taste. So, regarding cooking and recipes, I'm aware of Vincenzo's experience, but regarding the selection of the best products, I disagree. These are Mr. Vincenzo Prosperi's personal tastes and are absolutely not reliable rankings!

  7. Provolone is sharp and spicy? That's shocking to hear, it's the plainest, most tasteless cheese I've ever had. However, I've never had real aged provolone.

  8. Huh… a couple of these you described as spicy, when they've never tasted spicy to me. Are those specific cheeses different in Italy compared to America?

  9. Wouldn't have put fiordilatte as S-tier. To me it's mostly just lower-quality mozzarella, compared to buffala.

  10. If you have sorted almost everything into the highest category, did you truly do any sorting? You can only have two of the S tier cheeses, for the rest for your life. Which way, Italian man.
