1. I took 5 potatoes. I peeled one part of them and washed them well.
2. I cut the potatoes into strips using a vegetable slicer (you can also use a knife).
3. I placed them on a tray and dried them with paper towels to remove moisture.
4. I optionally greased the air fryer basket grid (this is not necessary).
5. I placed the potatoes into the air fryer basket and sprayed them with vegetable oil (3–5 sprays), then mixed everything well.
6. I put the basket into the Philips NA231 air fryer and selected the automatic French fries mode: 180°C for 31 minutes.
7. Every 5–7 minutes, I removed the basket and shook/mixed the potatoes for even cooking.
8. After cooking, you can add salt to taste. It’s delicious with sauces — in my case, cheese sauce.
