Ingredients
1 loaf French bread or Italian bread
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3–4 jalapeños, finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the bread lengthwise and place both halves on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, combine:
Cream cheese
Cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Jalapeños
Bacon
Mayonnaise
Garlic powder
Spread the mixture evenly over both bread halves.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden-brown top.
Sprinkle with green onions and slice before serving.
