To celebrate 5 years of French Pastry Made Simple, I’m baking my way through the book and sharing a different recipe every day this week ✨
Today it’s these beautiful Blackberry Honey Tarts 🫐🥧
Crisp tart crust, a little hazelnut cake on the inside, a creamy honey pastry cream and fresh blackberries on top 🤍 (I did run out of blackberries and so made a few with blueberries, which was also a great combination! 🤫 )
It’s been so much fun revisiting these recipes and seeing them with fresh eyes five years later 🥹
