Rhubarb recipe ideas ๐
Sweet, tart, and softly indulgent โ French toast, poached rhubarb & chantilly cream using Spring Creek Quail Eggs.
Ingredients:
1 slice of bread
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp sugar (optional)
Pinch of salt
Dash of vanilla (optional)
Butter (for the pan)
Whisk egg, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
Soak the bread for ~10โ15 seconds per side (donโt let it fall apart).
Cook in a buttered pan over medium heat, about 2โ3 minutes per side until golden.
Finish with whatever you likeโmaple syrup, fruit, or your poached rhubarb.
