  3. I used to bite into sticks of butter according to my Mom…still put waaay more butter on my dinner rolls than bread

  6. I make my spaghetti al limone a bit differently. I'll cook down the butter with the lemon zest and juice before throwing the pasta in. Then I'll incorporate the spaghetti with all of that, add pecorino or parm and toss with some pasta water. One of my favorite dishes
