Healthy Berry French Toast for Summer 🍓☀️
Ingredients
3 slices bread
3 eggs
1½ tbsp honey
¾ tsp cinnamon
Fresh berries, to serve
Butter or oil for cooking
Method
Whisk the eggs, honey, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
Dip the bread into the mixture, coating both sides.
Cook in a lightly greased pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Top with fresh berries and an extra drizzle of honey, if desired.
Ready in: 10 minutes. 🍓🍯✨
