• 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar.
• 1/4 tsp salt.
• 1 tsp vanilla extract.
• 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk.
• 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour.
• 1 tsp baking powder.
For brushing:
• 1 tbsp instant coffee.
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) warm water.
• 1 egg.
