Chef-owner Simone Faure’s cakes, pastries, macarons and other decadent deserts are in inspired by her formal French pastry training, hometown New Orleans, and travels.
La Pâtisserie Chouquette has been open since 2013 and has been named a James Beard Award semifinals in the Outstanding bakery category twice.
