Peach Stuffed French Toast

Recipe
4 thick slices of milk or brioche bread approximately 2.5 in thick
4 eggs (I used 2 duck and 2 chicken)
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp sugar
Approximately 2/3 cup milk

Stuff each piece with just under 1/2 of a peach sliced thin

Cook in butter on a low medium heat covered until done flipping frequently to avoid burning. Top with sliced peaches and topping of choice I used peach anise syrup.
