Spent the weekend at a friend's and really enjoyed this armchair. It was more comfortable than I was expecting. I've always assumed armchairs were more decorative than functional but now I'm questioning that.
For people who own one: do you actually use it, or does it eventually just become a place to leave clothes? Trying to figure out if it's worth the investment.

Do I use a chair? In my home?
Yes. I use chairs.
I guess it depends on your age and fitness level. Personally I need real arms to get out of a chair.
mine’s been my go-to spot for watching award shows since I got it 2 years ago, definitely not just clothes storage lol 😂 the key is getting one that’s actually comfortable not just pretty 🔥
I have an upholstered rocking chair in my living room and it’s the comfiest chair I own
Don’t do it if you have bad knees
I have an armchair in my home but personally I hardly ever sit in it. My roommate and guests use it though. I prefer something wider that I can sit criss cross on so I replaced an armchair in my office with a beanbag style chair
