Gaming-oriented spaces usually work well with high contrast in my opinion. I have a full black/white setup with some blue accents, and the chair is white frame w/ black cushions/mesh. A lot of decently good ergonomic chairs can fit this vibe and also give you some really good back support
I also recommend changing the rug. Oriental/Persian works well with traditional spaces, but this is not that. Maybe something more geometric?
