If you want deer steak or even another wildlife meat go to a country butcher that hunters go to. They might be willing to sell you a pound or two. Elk, wild turkey, duck, deer, and other wildlife is often processed at small family owned butchers. Try going out of your comfort zone and looking at small town businesses.
