Ingredients
Texas toast
Sliced roast beef
Au jus
Provolone cheese slices
High Plains Steak Seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
1. Finely chop fresh parsley and set aside for garnish.
2. Pour the au jus into a saucepan and heat on the griddle over high heat until hot. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Spread the roast beef evenly on the griddle. Sprinkle with High Plains Steak Seasoning and cook until warmed through.
4. Transfer the warmed roast beef into the saucepan with the au jus. Stir to coat the meat and keep warm.
5. Place Texas toast on the griddle and cook until golden brown. Flip each slice.
6. Place one slice of provolone on each piece of toast.
7. Add a portion of the roast beef onto each slice of toast, then top with another slice of provolone.
8. Cover (dome) the sandwiches to melt the cheese completely.
9. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the sandwiches and serve with a side of warm au jus for dipping.
